Counselling Session

Service Description

In a talk therapy session, I will give you the space to explore whatever you need. Consider me as someone who will truly hear you, in a way that you may never have been heard. What this does is allow you to be seen for who you are and what you're experiencing. I provide you with an honest reflection of what I am hearing and feeling so that you can deepen your awareness of yourself, understand on a profound level what you are experiencing, what it is connected to and what you can do to move forward in a loving and healing way. This session is a compassionate enquiry into your story, allowing you to make sense of your journey and the relationship of this moment to your life as a whole. I bring in elements of mindfulness, breathwork and card-reading to help you further explore your inner world to the deepest level possible. I also understand that we can also only go as deep as we can go in any given moment, and my role will never be to purposefully make you uncomfortable or to make you revisit any past trauma, current feelings, or thoughts that you are not able to. It is a truly safe space where you will feel heard, understood and nourished on a soul level.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the session. We will not refund late cancellations.
